When you decide to make a website, there are many different ways to do it. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to make an affiliate website, one of the easiest ways to do it is to use wordpress. If you have a basic web hosting company like hostgator or mattie blaze, you can use a function called Fantastico. Fantastico is a piece of software on your hosting dashboard that can help you easily create a wordpress blog in only a few minutes. All you have to do is click your mouse a few times and you have wordpress blog. If you want a short tutorial on how to set-up a wordpress blog using fantastico, there are many online. When you're making an affiliate website, the number one thing to think about is, what do I know about this product and niche? And if you know a little about the niche you can tell what would be the best way to approach selling or rather, not selling the product in order to make money. What I mean by that is, what is the best approach to the sales copy of the product for example? Or perhaps ask, what is the best way to sell this product, do I create a list, do I have a direct link, do I make it a day-by-day blog? These are questions to consider for your affiliate website.

Once you figure out what the best approach is, you can start building your affiliate website. If you choose to go with the wordpress path, you can follow the process mentioned above. If you want to, you can hire out graphics to somebody and make a mini-site without wordpress. An easy and free web editor is Kompozer. You can edit a website really easily within this. So if somebody creates a website for you, you can edit it in Kompozer to customize it however you want. Then you can upload it using a FTP host like Filezilla which is also free. So even if you hire out the website to somebody else, you could still learn how to edit it however you want. Or if you go with wordpress, you can get a wordpress template which makes things even easier. Or, you could buy a wordpress template that is very good looking...which never hurts for an affiliate website.
